By using this website, customers agree to the terms outlined below.

 Return Policy

Hamper Delight Gift Hampers offers a 30 day return policy, and the customer is to cover the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Customers have 30 days after receiving their item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

All our gift hampers are delivered across Australia via Australia Post. A representative can sign for a parcel. Hamper Delight Gift Hampers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after a signature has been obtained.

Damaged or Incorrect Hampers

We take great care to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition and matches your order. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately with photos for assessment if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

All customers' return requests will be resolved within two business days by one of the following:

1.    If your return is approved, you may be provided will a return shipping label, instructions on how and where to send the package return, carrier name, and tracking information.

2.    If your return is approved, you may be provided with a refund for any products that are eligible for  a return, less refunds.

3.    If your request is rejected, you will receive a reason why the return request has been declined.

Hampers returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 Non Returnable Items

Certain items are non returnable:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

 Non Refundable Situations

  • Hampers dispatched for more than 30 days.
  • Minor damages that occur during standard shipping processes.

 Seasonal Override

·         Please note that during seasonal overrides for products ordered between November 1 and January 31 in the following year, customers have 30 days after receiving their item to request a return

     Case By Case Evaluations

All returns and refund matters will be individually assessed. If a replacement is unavailable, an agreed alternative of equal or greater value may be sent. Investigations may result in a rejection of the refund request. We will resolve all matters within 2 business days.

Refunds & Method of Refund

Hamper Delight Gift Hampers does not accept refunds or returns for change of mind purchases. If an exchange is required, please contact us for further assistance.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.) or will receive a store credit instead of a direct refund.

If the item is deemed faulty, damaged, or incorrect, there will be no additional shipping charges.

 Responsibility for Lost Parcels

Hamper Delight Gift Hampers is not liable for lost parcels due to Australia Post errors, incorrect address submissions, or post-delivery issues when "Authority to Leave" is given.

Product Descriptions & Colour Variations

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and colours. However, minor differences due to monitor display variations do not qualify for refunds.
