How do I know if my order has been placed?
Your payment will be processed once you finalize your order through our online checkout. You will then receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are not possible once the order is dispatched.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for all orders with standard shipping of 2 to 8 business days.
If you prefer your hamper via Express Post the charge is $20.00 with Australian Post.
If you would like your recipient to sign on delivery, there is a $3 signature on delivery choice at checkout.

What happens if I am not home for my hamper delivery?
Options for delivery are available during online ordering so ensure to specify your preferences accordingly.
Providing the gift hamper is safe to be left at the address Australia Post will leave the hamper in a spot where it will not be damaged or stolen. If you would like your recipient to sign on delivery, there is a $3 signature on delivery choice at checkout.
On delivery if it is considered unsafe to leave the hamper, there are a few things that could happen: It could be taken to the Australian Post Office or Parcel Connect, and a missed delivery card will be left.
When ordering your gift hamper online there is a delivery field where you can write, for the gift hamper to be left in a safe place. For example, you can specify that you want the gift hamper to be left behind by a pot plant next to the front door.
If the gift hamper is being delivered as a gift, please ensure to enter the specified information of how it is to be delivered.

Can I pick up my order in Perth?
If you require your Gift Hamper urgently, please send us an email. Please ensure to provide information on which hamper and the date you require the hamper so we can assess your request. We do ask for 24 hours notice so that we have the time to prepare your gift hamper. Please note additional charges may apply. Send your email to: hampers@hamperdelight.com.au

How will the recipient know who the Hamper is from?
We have greeting cards available for purchase. You can input your message in the provided field when ordering a gift card or greeting card online. The message will be printed exactly as you have entered it into the message field so, please ensure you include who the gift is from in your message.

If I buy a gift card what is the expiry date?
Our Gift Cards purchased online have no expiry date.
