Gift Hampers Return Refund Policy

By using this website, customers agree to the terms provided.

Hamper Delight has a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All our Gift Hampers are delivered across Australia by Australian Post. A representative can sign for a parcel. We cannot accept responsibility or liability if a package is lost or stolen after a signature is obtained.

We are not responsible for reasonable damage in transit as such damage is expected therefore not eligible for a refund or exchange. This type of damage typically refers to the expected wear or minor damage that might occur to a product during transit or handling. It is considered normal or predictable, given the nature of the shipping process.

 

Damaged/Refunds 

Hamper Delight take the utmost care to ensure your package is received in perfect condition and is exactly what you ordered Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at hampers@hamperdelight.com.au If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact

Exceptions / Non Returnable Item

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

 

Non Refundable Situations

Hampers dispatched for more than 30 days or those damaged during normal shipping wear are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

 

Case By Case Investigations  

All matters will be investigated individually, and the resolution may only apply to the damaged item. If we no longer have the item in stock, we will send an agreed alternative of equal or greater value. The matter may result in the package being rejected for a refund or a credit. We will always try to reach an arrangement to facilitate a solution to all problems
that may arise within 7 to 14 Business Days.

 

Refunds

Hamper Delight does not accept refunds or returns for change of mind purchases. If you would like to exchange an item, please get in touch and we will advise you of the next steps.

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed via the original payment method or applied as a store credit for later use. If Hamper Delight deems the product to be damaged, faulty or the wrong item then there will be no additional shipping charges.

 Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 Business Days. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.

 

Responsibility of Loss  

Hamper Delight is not responsible for lost parcels due to Australia Post, incorrect address being provided, or issues after delivery when a signature or "Authority to Leave" is provided.

 

Colour and Description

We do our best to ensure the description and colour are adequately represented. Minor discrepancies in the appearance of products (such as size or colour) due to monitor display differences are not grounds for a refund.
