Hamper Delight Gift Hampers Shipping Policy

Delivery Options and Costs

Hamper Delight Gift Hampers will ship your order within 24 hours unless you specify the date you would like your order to be delivered. If you would like multiple delivery addresses and orders delivered on different dates, please send us an email with the details to hampers@hamperdelight.com.au
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 Business Days and shipped within 5 to 7 Business Days, excluding public holidays and weekends. Fulfillment times may vary during peak periods such as holidays and seasonal periods.
Free Standard Delivery is available for all orders across Australia with Australian Post within 3 to 5 Business Days.
You can choose Express Post, which will be shipped the next business day, within 1 to 2 Business Days within Australia, which does not include processing time and is solely based on shipping duration, or unless specified. The delivery charge is $20.00 per order with Australian Post.
All charges are in Australian dollars.
If you would to choose your Hamper to come with Breakage Insurance there is a $3 fee delivery fee at checkout.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking is provided for all orders within Australia. You will receive an email with tracking information once your Gift Hamper is dispatched.
If no one is available for delivery, the order will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection. A card will be left notifying you that this has occurred, which will include which Australian Post Office your parcel can be picked up at.
All our Gift Hampers are delivered by Australian Post to the specified address.
You may authorize us to leave the Gift Hamper at the delivery address during checkout.
Please note that Hamper Delight Gift Hampers will not be held responsible for orders that have chosen not to have a signature on delivery.

Do you deliver internationally?

Where are you located?

Hamper Delight Gift Hampers is located near Malaga in Perth, WA. We deliver very prompt service to anywhere in Australia using Australia Post. If you live in the Northern Suburbs of Perth, we can hand deliver any Gift Hamper to your door, even on weekends by special request! Please send us an email.

What if no one is home to accept delivery?

Providing the Gift Hamper is safe to be left at the address, Australia Post will leave the Gift Hamper in a spot where it won't be damaged or stolen. If you would like your recipient to sign on delivery, there is a $3 signature on delivery fee at checkout.
If no one is available for delivery, the order will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection. A card will be left notifying you that this has occurred, which will include which Australian Post Office your parcel can be picked up at.

How will my recipients know who sent them the Gift Hamper?

We sell standard greeting cards and homemade cards that go with all our Gift Hampers. You can customise the message that is written on the card by entering your card message in the card field in your cart and checkout.
